Responsibilities:

1.Construction experience includes technical and commercial management, site supervision, quantitysurveying, budget control,planning, quality assurance and perform the role of Client representative and liaison with Employer, Designer, Architect, Local Authorities and Contractor.

2.Assess projectBOQ item, monthlyinterim claims, variations and certify the measurement sheets of the contractor for ensuring payment of their invoices and valuing completed work and arranging payments.

3.Issuing change order, site instruction and clarifying RFI. Preparing Monthly/Weekly progress report.

4.Coordinate the project implementation and execution with other disciplined Engineers like Planners, Architects, MEP, Designers and Operations & Maintenance and HSE departments for ensuring proper execution of project.

5.Reviewing and approving shop drawing, Method statements and Materials approval certificates.

Co-ordinate with third partyinspection agencies for Soil &concrete testing activities and witnessing relevant Concretetrial mixes, Monitoring cube strength results in terms of spread sheets

• Deliver day-to-day projecttracking and communication with the project team
• Prepare and distribute meeting notes to the project team
• Develop, track, update,forecast, and modifythe project scheduleand budget throughout all phases of the project
• Review and track all contracts, invoices, and payments to all contractors, consultants, and equipment vendors
• Assist in move-inactivities
• Review all invoicesand change orders associated with the project
• Assist in resolvingdisputes and claims
• Prepare AMCs to the properties
• Lead the maintenance team
• Report to the Project Director
