The Admission Coordinator is a vital role in the Admissions team at American University of Bahrain. This position supports the admission process and engages with prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the admission process by reviewing applications, transcripts, and other supporting documents.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents regarding admission policies and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of applicants and admissions decisions.
• Promote the institution and its programs at college fairs and recruitment events.
• Assist with enrollment for admitted students, including issuing admission letters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, education, or equivalent.
• No minimum professional experience required; however, previous admissions or recruitment experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
