Job Role:


The Barista Supervisor assists the Head Barista and supervises to ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and company assets.

She manages shifts while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness. She investigates and resolves complaints concerning quality and service. She ensures positive guest service in all areas. She possesses barista experience and coffee knowledge and provides barista training to staff.

She manages daily operations of the outlet and maintains quality standard of services, formulates standard operating procedures and training manuals.

She performs daily inventory check to ensure maintenance of stocks. She corrects any operational inconsistency, orders and maintains acceptable par stock level.

  • Prepare and serve hot beverages.
  • Provide quality control for service.
  • Provide speciality coffee service.
  • Solve problems and make decisions at managerial level.
  • Supervise bar service.
  • Supervise, motivate and empower staff.
Experience 3+years required.
