Responsibilities:


  • Manage and organize all documentation for the organization
  • Prepare and format documents in Word and Excel
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases
  • Coordinate activities and schedules between multiple companies and departments
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars
  • Conduct research and gather information as required
  • Assist in special projects as needed

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role for 12 years
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Language:


  • Arabic (preferred)
