Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all documentation for the organization
- Prepare and format documents in Word and Excel
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases
- Coordinate activities and schedules between multiple companies and departments
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars
- Conduct research and gather information as required
- Assist in special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role for 12 years
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus plus.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Language:
- Arabic (preferred)
