Job Summary:


we are seeking on behald of our VIP client who owns a luxury welness center in Manaman : A female Registered Nurse (RN).

The RN should be a highly skilled and professional healthcare provider who adheres to the standards of practice set forth by the National Health Regulatory Agency (NHRA) and demonstrates ethical and competent nursing care in accordance with the guidelines established by the NHRA.


The primary focus of the RN is to prepare and administer intravenous (IV) and intramuscular (IM) treatments under the direction and supervision of a medical doctor.

In addition, the RN will monitor patients in the IV suite, provide patient education, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.


Responsibilities:


Patient Care:


  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient response.
  • Perform nursing procedures and interventions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, symptoms, and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare management, disease prevention, and selfcare techniques.

Communication and Collaboration:


  • Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and efficient care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to care conferences to discuss patient progress and optimize treatment plans.
  • Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their rights and preferences are respected and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.

Professional Development and Compliance:


  • Stay updated with current nursing practices, evidencebased research, and professional standards outlined by the NHRA.
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Adhere to legal, ethical, and professional standards of nursing practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to privacy regulations.

Quality Improvement and Safety:


  • Identify areas for quality improvement and actively participate in initiatives to enhance patient safety and care outcomes.
  • Comply with infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and healthcare personnel.
  • Report any adverse events, incidents, or near misses in a timely manner.
  • Promote a culture of safety and participate in root cause analysis and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications:


  • Must be a Registered Nurse, licensed and in good standing with the NHRA.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution. Higher degrees and additional certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum of [5] years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant healthcare setting (e.g., acute care, community health, longterm care).
  • Highly proficient with IV administration
  • Comfortable with mixing IV and IM protocols; proficiency with medical calculations required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficient in using healthcare technologies and electronic health record systems.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and compassion towards patients and their families.
