We are looking for a young, energetic and innovative Sales Executive.

You will be able to work independently and promote at all times the brand image and market status, as well as maintain accurate documentations and account records.


Main Job Roles are as follows;

  • Understanding the customers' businesses and requirements based on the current market
  • Listening to customer needs and presenting the company business to make a deal
  • Negotiating in price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and managers.
  • Prepare an accurate cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
  • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales manager, or entering figures into a computer system.
  • Being able to review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets and KPIs set by your manager.
  • Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times to promote a good company image to customers and colleagues in order to avoid internal or external complaints
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the Group Sales and Marketing manager or Company management.
  • Bachelor's Degree / Masters, or similar; Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant courses.
  • Have a minimum of 23 years' experience in sales in Bahrain market, experience in the Restaurant/F&B/Catering sectors would be an advantage.
  • Must have Bahrain Driving License.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Passionate, Selfmotivated and with good negotiating skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Sales Executive in Restaurant/Catering/F&B: 3 years (required)

Language:


  • Arabic (required)
  • English (required)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (required)
