Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and goals.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring variances and identifying potential areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitors daily purchases, prepares GRNs, generates cost reports, updates FMC, allocates costs, records transfers, and manages inventory.
- Any other works as and when requested by Chief Accountant/Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, preferbly in F&B industry.
- Must have Knowledge of Micros, FMC Material Control (Fidelio) and Costing
- Knowledge ERP accounting Packages such as sun systems, Tally or any other ERP Packages
- Knowledge of Profit & loss, General Ledger, and A&L Reconciliation
Experience:
- Accounting: 3 years (required)
- F&B industry: 1 year (required)
