Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Achieve distribution targets by shop category
- Listing of new SKU's as per the product launch plan
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers through regular meetings
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Foresee market demand to arrive at and to produce accurate orders
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets being the ears and eyes of the market
- Maximise product sell out by using the merchandising resources
- Work closely with the merchandiser and sales supervisor
- Updating market and customer information upon changes with the current database
- Ensure to collect payment on time
- Strict followups on outstanding and the payment collections
- Spearheading the activities during promotional events and demonstrations;
- Communicating variations in price, delivery and specifications with Sales Supervisors / Sales Managers
- Advising on forthcoming Market developments and discussing special promotions accordingly
- Communicating with Supervisor to check on the progress of existing orders, stock situation, promo packs
- Ensure accurate stock movement by verifying receipts and delivery of stocks with the store incharge at the retail outlet
- Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock
- Competitor activities to observed and then duly reported to the Sales Supervisor
- Resolve Customer complaints as and when it occurs at store level and to keep the supervisor informed
- Recording sales or order information or data of any transactions made for further customer or data analysis
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
- Visiting potential customers or to identify potential customers
- Strict adherence to the planned journey plan (PJP)
- Ensure that the daily journey plan is implemented and all outlets have to be visited
- Book orders from all outlets within the daily journey plan
- Ensure that the most agencies are given due importance on its placement and visibility in the outlet
- Look out for new outlets opening up
- Rotate stock within the outlet in the event of a freshness issue but in coordination with sales supervisor
- Ensure delivery of products to outlet and other logístical matters related to warehouse and customer
- Report to sales supervisor in then event of an issue that requires immediate action
- Look for new ways to improve current status in outlet in coordination with sales supervisor
- To kindly merchandise in outlets as per the Plano grams
- Use of selling sheets as per the Canvas Plan is a must to convey the right message with the proper execution
- Ensure collections of payments are made as per company policy and to follow up on outstanding
Qualifications / Requirements
- Graduation or equivalent qualification
- Physically fit
- Free from any medically or health related issues
- Read, write and speak basic English plus local language as per nationality
- Driving License
- Flexi Visa
- Age 20 to 35
