Ignite Software and Design is looking for a Digital Advertisements Manager to join the marketing team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Setup and ongoing optimization and management of Digital Advertising campaigns for multiple clients.
  • Management of ad budgets, testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences.
  • Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis.
  • Perform digital advertising audits.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks with effective resolution of conflicting priorities.
  • Actively collaborate with marketing specialist to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives.
  • Monitor and track advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial targets.
  • Utilize eCommerce analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, or similar platforms) to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and other eCommerce key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform customer segmentation analysis to identify different customer segments, their buying behavior, and preferences, in order to driver targeted marketing campaigns and personalized experiences.
  • Conduct funnel analysis to identify areas of opportunity and optimize the customer journey, from product discovery to purchase and retention.
  • Analyze and interpret data from eCommerce platforms and marketplaces to assess sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitive landscape.
  • Provide datadriven recommendations and insights to optimize user experience, improve website performance, and drive revenue growth in the eCommerce channel.
  • Other duties assigned.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of one year of experience within digital advertising industry
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • English skills (written and verbal communication skills)
  • Knowledge of the following tools is an advantage:(SEO, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads Manager).
