Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and project objectives for signage projects.
  • Create visually impactful designs for various types of signage, including indoor and outdoor signage, vehicle wraps, trade show displays, and banners.
  • Develop and execute design concepts, layouts, and artwork that effectively convey the brand identity and messaging.
  • Incorporate brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all signage designs.
  • Utilize industryspecific software and tools to create highquality designs suitable for largeformat printing and fabrication.
  • Work closely with the production team to provide accurate and detailed design specifications for manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, materials, and production techniques to stay updated with the latest advancements in signage design.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate project status effectively.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure successful execution of signage projects.
  • Review and provide feedback on proofs and prototypes, making necessary revisions to achieve the desired design outcomes.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer in the signage manufacturing industry or a related field.
  • Proficiency in industrystandard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
  • Knowledge of signage manufacturing processes, materials, and production techniques.
  • Familiarity with largeformat printing requirements and file preparation for print.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work within specified deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with clients.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and work in a fastpaced environment.
