DUTIES

  • Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems, services and solutions
  • Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages
  • Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
  • Define and recommend information technology strategies, policies, architecture and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes and requirements.
  • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, procedures, and best practice guides for the organization
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in IT operations and projects with comprehensive knowledge in Telecom products and services.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems, critical thinking and decision making.
  • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
