Your key responsibilities:

  • Utilize your strong technical tax and accounting skills to lead a team in providing tax services, managing clients' tax needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships, deliver quality services, and drive business growth.
  • Manage client engagements, anticipate risks, and implement performance improvement solutions.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams, ensuring adherence to quality guidelines.

If you are a detail-oriented tax professional with management experience and excellent communication skills, you are the perfect fit for this role.

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in tax, accounting, finance, or related fields.
  • Advanced degree or professional qualifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent).
  • Over 5 years of experience in tax rules, compliance, and accounting.
  • Strong background in tax accounting and auditing.
  • Project management experience.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Experience with multinational clients and in multicultural environments.
  • Commercial and industry knowledge.
