Urgently required a
Lawyer for a Leading group company in Bahrain with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience.


Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Law.


  • Should have proficiency in speaking and writing in Arabic and English.
  • Should be a team player and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Review, Negotiate, and draft contracts and similar documents with developers, tenants, and authorities.
  • Prepare pleadings and other legal documents for court Filings.
  • Develop case strategies with an eye toward resolving cases early and cost-effectively.
  • Follow up on the company's legal status in terms of registration with the commercial register and authorities.
  • Business development contract drafting and review.
  • Litigations and claims management/follow-up with the local lawyer through arbitration instances and local courts.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
