Job ObjectiveParticipate in the achievement of the Sector's objectives by providing administrative support to the sector and Chief.
Job Specifications
- Autonomously operate within the policies, procedures, systems and frameworks applicable to the assigned Sector.
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer including:
- Diary management
- Flight and hotel booking
- Filing
- Typing and document formatting
- Call screening and responding
- Stationary ordering
- Consolidation of expenses
- Provide administrative support to the Sector including all tasks as listed above and:
- VISA processing
- Internal meeting coordination (invitations, room booking, refreshments, minute taking)
- Catering and arranging equipment for meetings/away days etc.
- Internal information gathering
- Provide other administrative support to the Sector as required.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Secretarial qualification from a recognized institution.
- 24 years of Secretarial experience supporting a large team.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Advanced business correspondence writing & Excellent Presentation skills
- English and Arabic language skills.
- The position is open only for Bahraini nationals.
- The monthly salary range would be from BHD500 to BHD600 + benefits.
- The position will be hired through our outsource partner.
