We require a Senior Electrical Engineer to design, develop or supervise the installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, or utility use.


Description:


  • Confer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products.
  • Design, implement, and improve electrical facilities and systems for commercial, industrial, and utility purposes.
  • Extensive knowledge of CAD, MS office, etc.
  • Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
  • Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish construction and installation standards and specifications.
  • Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment and/or the solicitations of labor.
  • Supervise and train project team members as necessary.
  • Oversee ongoing works to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
  • Investigate customer complaints, determine the nature and extent of the problem, and recommend remedial measures.
  • Develop budgets, estimated labor, estimated materials, and costs.
  • Compile data and write reports regarding existing and potential engineering studies and projects.
  • Conduct field surveys and study maps, graphs, diagrams, and other data to identify project requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and discipline with a strong work ethic.
  • Wellorganized and able to work under deadlines.
  • Ability to develop and maintain detailed schedules, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain policies and procedures.
  • Strong cost reporting skills and techniques.
  • Experience in the identification, monitoring and reporting of project risks.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • 6 years' experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Should possess an EWA HV Engineering License.
  • Strong command in English.

License/Certification:

  • EWA HV Engineering License (required)
