Administrative:
- Prepare invoices and administrative related records.
- Liaising with Naval officers for accommodation, technical assistance, bookings, vehicle renting etc.
- Arrange cargo shipments for ships and officers.
- Prepare port documents and license renewal.
- Assist Division Manager with daytoday tasks.
- Meeting accommodation sales to arrange rates.
Operational (On Ground):
- Ship agency related operations.
- Arrange all prearrival logístical requirements for any upcoming port call.
Salary:
From BD per month
