About the Role:

• Generating sales leads: Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
• Building client relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
• Sales presentations and demonstrations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's products or services.
• Negotiating and closing deals: Engage in negotiations, handle objections, and work towards closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
• Achieving sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, regularly monitoring and reporting sales performance.
• Market research and analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to align strategies, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

About You:

• Sales experience: Previous experience in a sales role, preferably as a sales executive or a similar position, demonstrating a successful track record in generating sales and meeting targets.
• Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition and build relationships with clients.
• Customeroriented approach: Ability to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Persuasive and negotiation skills: Proficiency in negotiating deals, overcoming objections, and closing sales with a persuasive and confident approach.
• Selfmotivation and goaloriented mindset: Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Adaptability and resilience: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and handle challenges with a positive and resilient attitude.
• Product knowledge: Familiarity with the company's products or services, understanding their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• CRM and sales tools: Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
