• Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct VAT calculations and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Perform inventory checking, monitoring stock levels, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Manage supplier orders, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining good relationships with vendors.
• Handle daily income and expenses management, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
• Oversee payroll processes, including processing employee salaries, benefits, and deductions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Calculate and manage commission payments for sales teams or relevant departments.
• Assist with preparing employment contracts and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Support the management of legal matters, such as maintaining employee records, confidentiality agreements, and compliance with local labor laws.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience as an Accountant, preferably with exposure to HR responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Familiarity with VAT regulations and experience in calculating VAT.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial calculations and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Knowledge of employment contracts and labor laws is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus.
