We required an IT support executive in local.


Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar

Experience:


  • 35 years of experience
  • Indepth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • To maintain the computer networks of all types of organizations, providing technical support, and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly.
  • To monitor and maintain the company's computer systems, install and configure hardware and software, and solve technical issues as they arise.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
  • Logging and keeping records of employee queries and complaints.
  • Analyzing call logs to spot common trends and underlying problems.
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
