• Achieve growth and hit sales and collection targets.
• Promote more cash sales and minimize the credit to customers.
• Ensure timely collection and zero bad debts wrote offs.
• Expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. Monthly target of new customer addition to be achieved.
• Identify emerging products, market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Learn new and existing products from our portfolio for effectiveness in sales process
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all allocated customers and added new customers.
• Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships and understand their needs.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to improve revenue and collection.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

• Successful previous experience in
  disposable packaging/hygiene/food products as a sales representative/ sales executive consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
• Proven ability to drive the sales and collection process effectively.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise

• Hidd: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
