Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales and collection targets.
- Promote more cash sales and minimize the credit to customers.
- Ensure timely collection and zero bad debts wrote offs.
- Expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. Monthly target of new customer addition to be achieved.
- Identify emerging products, market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Learn new and existing products from our portfolio for effectiveness in sales process
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all allocated customers and added new customers.
- Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships and understand their needs.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to improve revenue and collection.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Requirements & Skills
- Successful previous experience in
disposable packaging/hygiene/food products as a sales representative/ sales executive consistently meeting or exceeding targets - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
- Proven ability to drive the sales and collection process effectively.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
