Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project plans, specifications, and budgets are met.

  • Oversee and manage the daytoday construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software's Manage and monitor project budgets, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns.
  • Supervise and lead construction crews, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure quality control.
  • Process and manage all change orders and variations to the original construction plans.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation, including daily logs, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Implement and enforce all safety regulations on the construction site.
  • Manage the procurement and logistics of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery and availability.
  • Address any construction issues or unforeseen challenges that may arise, developing and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1015 years experience working in the similar role
  • Worked in A or B grade construction companies
  • Knowledge of Technical, Financial & Administration is mandatory
  • Valid driver's license
