• Team Management & People Development
• Under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, designs the optimum organization, recruits the right profiles and ensures proactively talent pipeline in his/her boutique. Drives performance and compensation management, ensures people development (career committees, midyear discussions, training & development plans), motivates and reinforces engagement
• Is responsible for of the integration and training of new comers
• Ensures the daytoday management, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team
• Ensures the daytoday management of the Sales team
• Boutique Performance Management
• Assists the Boutique Manager to make a diagnosis based on a solid performance analysis, review of competencies and environment to define action plans to achieve Company and boutique targets
• Leads the implementation and monitoring of the action plans
• Assists the Boutique Manager to optimize boutique performance and profitability, notably through the breakdown of all boutique targets into monthly, daily and individual targets
• Assists the Boutique Manager to monitor the boutique KPIs
• Boutique Operations & Administration
• Is responsible for the back office and administration of the boutique
• Ensures the execution and delivery in time of all boutique reports
• Oversees the boutique expenses
• Implements group, Company and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines
• Client Relationship & Portfolio Development
• Assists the Boutique Manager to ensure a unique and highly professional client service within the boutique
• Assists the Boutique Manager to implement and monitor the ROI on CRM programs and actions
• Acts as an Ambassador of the Company and supports the Boutique Manager to build direct contact with VIPs

• Possession of a Diploma/Degree.
• A minimum of 3+ years' managerial experience in retail sales (Watches & Jewelry).
• Possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic & English.
• Possess great interpersonal skills with the ability to work under intense pressure to achieve set goals.
