    • To perform, review and manage routine works including correspondences concerning Martinizing Laundry administration and accounts on day to day basis. This includes preparation and submission of government forms and correspondences.

    • Coding and entering of all account transactions (Customers, Suppliers, Cash, Bank, Payroll and General Ledger Accounts) on daily basis. Maintain the customers and suppliers account in line with the credit policy requirements.

    • Entering Payroll data on daily basis including OT (approved), sick leaves, attendance of all employees and compute related payments of employees including final settlements as per Labour Law and agreement.

    -. Handle PR, CPR, Gate passes for all Martinizing Staff and advising to HR department for renewal three months in advance.

    • Maintenance of all Cash Ledgers and submit for review on weekly basis.

    • Generate and submit the invoices to the customers on monthly basis in the first week of the following month.

    • Follow up on collection and report to your manager.

    • Prepare LPO by attaching three quotation and submit for supplies.

    • Check LPO's and Supplier Statements before initiating payment.

    • Recording the utilities and rent bills for payment, 5 days in advance before due date.

    • Maintain the inventory of the stores including receiving and issuing of the goods from vendors and operations. Monthly verification of the stock is required.

    • Visiting the branches and taking count of the laundered items at the shops.

    • You will assist your Manager in preparing and maintaining the following on monthly basis or when required:

    a. Trial Balance, Financials and Audit reports

    b. Business plans

    c. Annual budgets

    d. VAT filling and reconciliation

    d. Costing and quotation to customers.

    e. Internal Controls

    f. Provide relevant information as required only.

    • To prepare job offers, job description and employment contracts for new employees and renewals under the supervision of your manager.

    • Assist your manager in promoting the Website and mobile application of the company.

    • You will handle all responsibilities assigned to the Manager, Accounts & Administration during his absence within the authority given to you by the Management of Martinizing Laundry.

    • To get trained on the ERP and other applications of the company and train others when required.

    • Perform any other jobs assigned to you from time to time by the Manager, Administration and Accounts and the Director.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    • Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

    Education:

    • Bachelor's (Preferred)

    Experience:

    • Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
