We are looking for a talented and experienced patisserie chef who can create amazing cafes and desserts for our customers.

You will be responsible for preparing delicious pastries, cakes, pies, cookies, muffins, etc.

You will also be in charge of developing new and innovative recipes and menus that suit the taste and preferences of our clientele.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A certificate or diploma in pastry-making, baking or culinary arts
or

  • At least 3 years of experience as a patisserie chef in a cafe or similar setting
  • A passion for cafes and desserts and a creative flair for presentation
  • A familiarity with various pastry techniques, ingredients and equipment
  • A high level of hygiene and sanitation standards
  • A friendly and customeroriented attitude
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
As a patisserie chef at our cafe, you will:

  • Bake and decorate pastries, cakes, pies, cookies, muffins and other desserts
  • Monitor and order supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment
  • Collaborate with other chefs and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines
