  • Job Objective:
  • Lead and Manage end to end delivery of all ICTrelated customized solutions and Projects that best meet customer needs and scope in collaboration with all stake holders i.e. vendors, partners, internal functions, technology and digital delivery partners. Manage the overall execution ensuring utmost quality of technical as well as project delivery of the solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to presales teams regarding highlevel design and pricing to ensure alignment with corporate segment deliverables and ICT Delivery requirements.


Support the Review of RFQs / RFPs in order to determine and make sure if the expectations / requirements meet the delivery team's capability.


Co-ordinate the delivery of all ICT-related customized solutions with a focus on managing the overall execution phase of assigned projects to ensure delivery is on time and within budget.


Define and communicate delivery SLAs with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that ICT Delivery teams are in adherence with business and standard requirements.


Develop acceptance tests, customer trail guidelines and objectives, including assessing the results in coordination with Technology & Digital / delivery partner to support ICT Delivery's strategic initiatives and plans.


Provide inputs in identify high-level delivery risks associated with the project in order to develop an effective plan to mitigate these risks.


Act as single point of contact during solutions delivery phase to ensure effective engagement with customer as well as with function.

Coordinate with project management for project progress status reporting Engage with customer and function as single point of contact during solutions delivery phase

Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Technology & Digital during project handover process

Coordinate handover of work and acceptance by client and operations teams and maintain documentation in accordance with the Project Management governance

Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision

Perform other duties as requested

  • Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or any other relevant field.
Proficiency in English language

Project Management Professional

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
