We are currently recruiting a Project Associate who is proactive and detail oriented.

The incumbent must be capable of steering projects from inception to completion, ensuring their alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.


Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate and assess the feasibility of new projects, analyzing their potential profitability and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
  • Recommend viable projects to management for approval, presenting comprehensive assessments and financial analyses.
  • Monitor project milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and addressing any deviations promptly to maintain project schedule.
  • Identify potential risks associated with projects, raise timely flags, and implement measures to mitigate risks, ensuring successful project completion.
  • Manage the archival of critical legal documents related to projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational standards.
  • Establish and maintain standards for the preservation and retrieval of project documentation, fostering efficient document management practices.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project evaluation, financial analysis, and risk management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an emphasis on meeting project deadlines.
  • Familiarity with legal document management and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

- project management: 3 years (required)
