As a Delivery Driver for Suppliree Platform, your primary responsibility is to ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of products to customers' designated locations.

You will be an integral part of the logistics and delivery process, contributing to the overall customer experience. This role requires excellent time management, organizational skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Operations:

Safely and efficiently transport products from the distribution center or warehouse to customers' homes or specified delivery addresses using a company-provided vehicle.

Package Handling:

Load, unload, and organize packages in a secure manner to prevent damage during transit, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.

Route Optimization:
Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency, taking into account traffic conditions, customer locations, and time constraints.

Timely Delivery:
Ensure timely delivery of packages within designated timeframes, striving to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor during deliveries, resolving any delivery-related inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.

Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all traffic regulations, company policies, and safety procedures while operating the delivery vehicle. Maintain a clean driving record and follow vehicle maintenance schedules.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers, providing regular updates on delivery status and addressing any issues or delays promptly.

Inventory Management:

Assist with inventory management by verifying and documenting delivered packages, reporting any discrepancies, and coordinating with the warehouse team as needed.

Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery confirmations, customer signatures, and any other necessary documentation.


Qualifications:

• Valid Bahrain driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Prior experience as Van delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity of Bahrain traffic laws, routes, and addresses.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying packages.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Dependability and punctuality.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Budaiya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

• Valid Bahrain driving license (preferred)
