Responsibilities:


Accounting:

  • Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide accurate and timely information to management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and implement effective internal controls.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory requirements as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.

Administration:

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments within the organization.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring availability of necessary resources.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain employee records, including timesheets, leave balances, and personal information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members, when necessary.
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new employees, including paperwork and orientation.

Requirements:


Accounting:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

Administration:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a diverse team.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and documentation is a plus.
