As part of the overall business plan and strategic direction provided by the board of directors, the Executive Manager will work closely with the various managers, supervisors (i.e., Medical Director, Pharmacy Managers, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to monitor and enhance all aspects of the business, including operational, administrative, financial performance, safety, productivity, cost & credit control, quality of service and customer service.

In your role as General Manager, you will use your demonstrated leadership skills, creative thinking, and problem solving abilities to promote KPI-driven performance in all key areas of the group.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members;
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people;
  • Manage operations and finances of business;
  • Recruit and train new hires on business practices;
  • Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained;
  • Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead
  • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skill

Qualification:

  • Education: Master's in healthcare related is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or related field

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Healthcare: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • NHRA license (preferred)
