We required a Key Account Manager

  • HVAC to maintain and expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • To perform site surveys and facility walkthroughs to identify equipment and site conditions in order to evaluate customer needs and create proposal for maintenance agreements.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • To perform site surveys and facility walkthroughs to identify equipment and site conditions in order to evaluate customer needs and create proposal for maintenance agreements.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Understanding of HVAC systems and controls.
  • Must have knowledge of HVAC, DX and Chilled Water system.
Min Requirements

  • Must posses Mechanical Engineering Degree
  • Required to have a proven track record of engineering / technical Service Sales, preferably of HVAC/R,
  • Ideally a minimum 57 years of experience within the HVAC industry

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • HVAC: 4 years (required)
