Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure that all restaurant policies and procedures are followed, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Train and develop staff members to ensure high levels of customer service and quality.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Maintain effective communication with all staff members, management, and customers.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or operations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
