Job Description:
The Creative Accounts and Client Coordinator will be instrumental in managing client relationships while overseeing various aspects of project coordination within the creative team


Responsibilities encompass:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Account Management:
Oversee the accounts of multiple clients, managing their needs, expectations, and deliverables in alignment with project objectives.

Creative Project Coordination:

Collaborate closely with content writers, graphic designers, and other team members to coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources for timely project delivery.


Ad Campaign Management:
Plan and execute ad buying activities across multiple platforms, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and client success.

Report Generation and Analysis:

Generate regular reports to track campaign performance, conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to clients.


External Service Provider Liaison:
Coordinate with external service providers such as photographers, ensuring the timely delivery of assets and maintaining quality standards.

Photo Session Organization:
Plan and manage photo sessions for client projects, including scheduling, location scouting, and logístical coordination.

Social Media Management:

Oversee the management of various social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and performance tracking to meet client objectives.


Content Contribution:
Assist with select content writing projects, providing input on messaging, tone, and style to align with client goals.


Additional Notes:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Prior experience in account management, project coordination, or similar role is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience exceeding one year is beneficial.

Ability to submit through the Ministry of Labour website is advantageous.
