As a Business Development Executive at our marketing agency, you will spearhead our outbound sales efforts along with the team leader.

Your role will involve identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities together.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and engage with potential clients.


Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.


Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and account management teams to align sales strategies and solutions.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance and market trends to the management team.
Attend and contribute to team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
