Responsibilities:


  • Organize and maintain the Chairman's schedule, including meeting coordination, arrangements for travel, and events
  • Attend meetings, draft and monitor minutes, and initiate followups as requested
  • Provide support in the organization and preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Oversee the Chairman's expense reports, credit card statements, and invoices for accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, disclosures, and correspondence
  • Handle various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
  • Coordinate with the Chairman's Personal Assistant as needed for any additional support
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal senior leaders and external stakeholders

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in highlevel administrative support, to Clevel executives
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and take initiative
  • Strong problemsolving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility
