Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the Chairman's schedule, including meeting coordination, arrangements for travel, and events
- Attend meetings, draft and monitor minutes, and initiate followups as requested
- Provide support in the organization and preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Oversee the Chairman's expense reports, credit card statements, and invoices for accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, disclosures, and correspondence
- Handle various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
- Coordinate with the Chairman's Personal Assistant as needed for any additional support
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal senior leaders and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in highlevel administrative support, to Clevel executives
- Excellent project management and organizational skills in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and take initiative
- Strong problemsolving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility
