    Key Responsibilities

    • Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
    • Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact
    • Represent standards of the program and interact with guests at the coffee and dates station

    Responsibilities include welcoming guests upon arrival, escorting them to check-in, attending to guests in queue, greeting guests at breakfast, and bidding farewell at the hotel main door.

    Qualifications

    A diploma/degree in hospitality with experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel is ideal. You must communicate politely and confidently in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage.
