Responsible for designing annual portfolio budgets

and financial forecasting.

  • Monitor portfolio budgets and their variances with
suggestions for budget improvements.

  • Develop a knowledge of the financial situation of the
portfolio and be able to structure financial goals.

  • Ability to discuss financial performance and market
trends and suggest solutions to improve.

  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost
- reduction opportunities

  • Create financial strategies and closely work with the
related portfolio to ensure the business's financial

stability.

  • Ability to establish and implement portfolio
objectives including risk tolerance, asset allocation,

investments, and cash requirements.

  • Handle supplier complaints and escalations well
through a sympathetic (yet formal) process.

  • Analyze and manage the endtoend working capital
cycle of the related portfolio.

  • Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future
trends.

  • Monitor and advise on ongoing financial
commitments to ensure fulfilment.

  • Build longterm relationships with suppliers,
financial institutions, and related stakeholders.

  • Ability to be creative in raising additional capital
required for the investments to improve and

expand.

Oversee and manage general accounting functions,

including, but not limited to:
accounts payable,

accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.

  • Assist with yearend financial audit activities.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to
ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Liaise with external auditors to ensure correct and
timely closing and reporting at the year-end.

  • Oversee preparation of business activity reports,
financial forecasts, and annual budgets.


Education:


  • Master's (preferred)

Experience:

Finance Manager: 8 years (required)

  • Sage Accpac ERP System: 5 years (required)

Language:


  • Arabic (required)
