_Junior Project Coordinator_
Job Brief:
The project coordinator will be involved in all phases of the project including client meetings, design schemes, site visits, vendor meetings, installations, and photoshoots
Should be able source materials for design schemes, create and oversee purchase orders, and effectively manage their time to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Project Control - Maintain deadlines and quality control
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
- Proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
- Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup
Salary:
BD BD per month
