entering customer invoices.
• Enter all invoices in sage 50 system and make sure all purchase orders are entered into
the system.
• Entering the processed invoices for payment in the sage50 system.
• Adjust accounts payable payments for two companies using sage50 system.
• Preparing blanket cheques.
• Entering data into Microsoft Excel and validated information and related source
document following specific guidelines.
• Dealing with customers via email and telephone.
