Understanding behaviour, attitudes and mindsets and how such knowledge can be used to drive engagement and develop solutions across various roles and contexts of human existence, within and beyond organizations, with special focus on generational cohorts.

I have had the opportunity to apply my research on millennial behaviour and engagement to help companies launch new products and business verticals in India, Dubai and United Kingdom.

Mashreq Bank , Dubai used my research to develop managers on engaging millennials prior to launch of Mashreq Neo – Digital bank targeted at Millennial Customers (2017)
