My name is John babu valiyaparampil, I have graduated from University of bahrain in B.sc in business administration major in management and minor in marketing. 

I have worked in logistic company DSV GLOBAL TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS bahrain for almost a year as Team Leader for warehouse operation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling the Team of 80 WHM on shift basis.
• We are handling around 4 DSV warehouse and managing around 5 3PL’s under DSV in Bahrain.
• We are providing Logistics and supply chain service for around 10 customers in and out of Bahrain.
• As a Team leader we need to need manage overall warehouse operations of all warehouses under DSV in Bahrain.
• Handling inbound and outbound of Raw materials & Finished Goods and providing storage in different temperature (Ambient, Chiller, and Frozen) as per customer needs.
• Additional to warehouse operation we also support, the production team of our customers by sending raw materials on the required time for their production through our DSV trucks.
• Maintaining FEFO, FIFO & LIFO according to goods and customer requirements.
• Quality checking on regular basis and maintaining records on daily basis.
• Assigning task to our WHM and Drivers according to daily forecast and inbound and outbound plan.
• Arranging the stock for Export through Road, Sea and Air on daily basis depends on customer’s order.
• Maintaining records of inbound and outbound activity through our record sheet on timely basis.
• Maintaining TAT by ensuring all task are completed in the time period.
• Maintaining reports like DPR (Daily Productivity Report), Inbound and Outbound Sheet, NCR, Inventory/Stock report.
• Providing training for our WHM on periodically.
