 I am having 30+ years experience in Finance and Human Resources. I had worked for various roles like Chief Accountant, Credit Controller, Finance Analyst and Payroll Administrator. Over the years i was able to build strong cross-functional relationships to develop strategic initiatives and attain business goals and objectives. Expertise in Accounting and HR activities, various system enhancements, conversion projects, processing payroll, contract review and administration, benefits, compensation, union and vendor negotiations, multi-currency transactions

On my last handled position I was primarily be responsible supporting the Finance team coordinate financial project activities, schedules, and reporting while providing overall business presentation support to the organization's financial objectives.

Successfully participated in various project teams on increasing the productivity, Control CTS (cost to serve), Control Operating Expenses, Improve RTM (route to market), improve sales on RGM (revenue growth management) items, improve topline and bottom-line financials.

23 years i had worked in Coca-Cola on various position in finance and human resources. At the beginning of my carrier, I had worked for an offshore company who were is trading business and was exporting automobiles to Hong Kong, China, Vietnam and Cambodia. My Managerial and office administration training i received from there.

I am having Bachelor degree in Commerce from Calicut University, Kerala, India. I am also a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Finance, Human Resources, Store Management, Warehouse Management and Manufacturing in SAP. I am also have working experience in Tally.
