Mohammad Hafeez

As a civil project engineer with over 9 years of experience, I have honed my skills in managing and supervising various projects such as high rise residential and commercial buildings, metro stations, and hospitals.
My areas of expertise include technical coordination and execution, quantity surveying, QA/QC, and material procurement. I have extensive knowledge of construction methods and sequences for civil structural constructions above or below the ground.
My responsibilities have included coordinating with design teams, creating construction schedules, managing project budgets, and overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Additionally, I possess excellent communication and leadership skills that enable me to work effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

My professional journey started from July 2014 at Ahura Builders & Developers. During this time, i worked on several projects including Namma Metro in Shivaginagar Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This project involved stations and track work.

Then worked on Nikoo Homes-1 in Nagwara Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This residential building consisted of 10 towers sharing common basements and landscaping on the ground floor. Each tower consisted of G+28 floors and a helipad.

Then Tata Housing RIO DE Goa in Dabolim Goa, Maharashtra, India. This residential building consisted of 14 towers, each having Basement+G+8 floors.

After this experience I got an opportunity to work gulf country in the Kingdom of Bahrain

I started my journey in Bahrain in Delta Construction Co W.L.L. from May 2017 to April 2018, During this time, I worked on the Masara Residence in Al-Shakhurah, SAAR, Bahrain. This residential building consisted of G+3 floors with covered parking.

Then from May 2018 to present, i have been working at Smart Skyline Contracting W.L.L. During this time, i have worked on several projects including the construction KIMS Medical Health Center in Muharraq, Bahrain. This building consisted of a ground floor with a mezzanine.

Then Al-Fareeda 44 Villas Compound in Al-Markh, Saar, Bahrain. This project involved the construction of 44 villas sharing common landscaping and a children’s play area. Each villa had G+2 or G+3 floors.

Another project I worked on was the Abdul Rahman Kanoo International School in Diyar-Al-Muharraq, Bahrain. This project involved the construction of a school building consisting of three units sharing a common basement. One unit consisted of G+3 floors with five different stadiums.

I also worked on the King Hamad American Mission Hospital in Al-Aali, Bahrain. This project involved the construction of a hospital and accommodation buildings sharing a common basement and landscaping on the ground floor. The hospital building consisted of G+5 floors and landscaping on two different levels, while the accommodation building consisted of G+4 floors.

And present i am working on project construction and maintenance of 720 social apartment units in Madinat Salman Island, Bahrain. This project involved the construction of two plots of residential buildings, each consisting of G+P3+16 floors and sharing common landscaping.
