- Handling all IT system software, network, and hardware requirements for the company as advised by the IT Manager.
- Responsible for system configuration, communications, and installation of hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Performing system administration on windows servers and POS systems. Responsible for logging, resolving, tracking, updating, and escalating support calls as well as managing the calls until final resolution.
- Configuring network printers. Set up new machines/new accounts, maintain basic network problems, and train staff in hardware and software, and computer usage.
- Provide telephonic, remote, and hands-on PC support of various hardware and software.
- Supporting end users for day-to-day operations.
- Continuous patch updates in all systems, and servers and responsible for daily data backup.
