• Reconciling customers' accounts and researching and resolving discrepancies on monthly basis.
• Preparing / monitoring monthly invoices.
Coordinated with inventory management to ensure accurate billing for customers and worked with sales department to collect payment in a timely manner.
Verified and processed refunds, credits and adjustments as necessary to resolve discrepancies.
• Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the customer.
• Preparing Statements for customers to ensure promptness of payments.
Keeps good relationships with customers, answer their doubts and requirements.
Maintain contact with clients regarding pending debt recovery.
The preparation of detailed aging reports for management as well as all past due accounts.
