Peter Wettig

Peter has been involved in architecture since 1983, and is currently a fully registered architect in NSW, Australia. His experience ranges over various disciplines of architecture ranging from, primarily, hospitality & retail, to medium to high density residential (including mixed use envelopment sites and hotels), commercial, and retail – bulky goods. He has taken numerous projects from concept to completion, esp. high-end hotels. He also understands the workability of projects and how various 
disciplines inter-relate.
Peter has spent 20+ years as a rotating office/site architect/design manager resolving issues, attending and chairing meetings, issuing instructions to consultants, plus contract administration (including variations). Peter is also a trouble shooter and negotiator, e.g. resolving problems so to comply with client wishes or regulatory authority rules, weigh up pros and cons of proceeding in one direction verse another – enabling projects to realize an easy passage through various stages.
