Rania Ouled Ben Tayeb

My role involves managing high-end interior design and construction projects, primarily for luxury spaces in different sectors (commercial, hospitality and residential). 
I oversee every stage of the project, from concept design to execution and handover, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining strong client relationships.

I have a diverse background in project management and engineering, with over two years at Danièle Décor Bahrain, a subsidiary of Ateliers de France, specializing in bespoke luxury interiors. I managed high-profile projects, including commercial, hospitality, royal ventures, and events.

Previously, I worked as a Work Coordinator in Paris, overseeing execution and team coordination, and as an Assistant Engineer in Morocco, gaining hands-on technical expertise. Combining creativity, technical skill, and cross-cultural collaboration, I excel in delivering innovative solutions and exceeding expectations.

I hold a Master's degree with a triple specialization in Architectural Engineering, Landscaping, and Building Construction, accredited by the French Commission of Engineers (CTI). I also have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Construction, which has provided me with a solid foundation in engineering principles and construction management.

In addition to my academic qualifications, I am fluent in four languages, which has enabled me to work effectively in multicultural environments and collaborate with diverse teams on international projects
