Oversee operations of the finance department, including preparation of MIS for the Head Office in Sudan along with financial presentation to the Board members.  Monthly analysis of Balance sheet and Profit & Loss statement to report major movements as well as any issues in the financial statements.  Prepare and review monthly and quarterly presentations with key financial indicators for the top management.  Establish allocation of cost and profit to branches- prepare various parameters for each respective cost and revenue to be allocated correctly.  Automation of all reports into POWER BI. Creating a model in POWER BI for MIS and Board reports.  Prepare and review of the Budget for the head office along with a financial presentation of the budget to the management.
