- Preparing and verifying all Management Information Reports (M I Rs) including monthly/annually separate and group consol ideated financial Statements a long with variance and ratio analysis.
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
- Supervising group Finance & Accounts department for efficient and effective functioning.
- Supervising bank reconciliations (Cash & Credit Card).
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
- Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants.
- Supervising entire payable section including routine payments, advances, suppliers' reconciliations etc.
- Looking after various Banking and financial matters and managing effective relationship and liaison with different financial institutions.
- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
- Implementing and developing accounting software and different management reports.
- M.B.A , ACCA , ACMA Will be an advantage.
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, or Finance Manager.
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
