"Legal Tasks :Processing, Drawing, and vetting of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Attend BOD/committee meetings and Perform secretary duties ,Communicate with stakeholders and shareholders on legal matters.
Legal Support & File court applications when required.
HR Tasks :
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
Conduct performance and salary reviews
process Visas applications and renewals .
maintain the SIO , LMRA etc.updates
carry on Other HR related tasks as necessary
