My name is Arun Mathew Eapen Sankaramangalam and it is a pleasure to introduce myself to you. I am a Senior Op erations Manager and Consultant currently residing in South Africa, but looking for an employment opportunity in sunny Bahrain.

Born and raised in the Gulf - Bahrain (a tiny island in the middle of the gulf). My family origin is from India although both my parents were born and raised outside India as well. I have a vast cultural diversity across the board – both work wise as well in personal life. I did my schooling at the Indian School, Bahrain, from grade 1-12 and then from there moved to Australia to further my studies in Banking and Finance. While studying in Australia, I took upon the art of travelingon a budget which helped me meet new people and those friendships have carried on over the years. The adventure tripsalso lead to doing hikes and other adventurous activities that a Gulf resident couldonly dream of.

After working in Australia, India and the Middle East, I was offered the opportunity to move to South Africa. This is where I met my beautiful wife and we had our precious son. I recently completed a Bachelors in Commerce degree specialising in Strategic Management which I decided to pursue being a forward-thinking person with an eye on innovation as well as improvements that would aid in personal and professional life.

My hope is to inject my recently acquired knowledge, skills and years of experience into the Bahrain workforce. My skills lie in not just running an organisation from a start up to a profit in couple of years, but also to bring in business and expand the organisation into other markets as well. Currently the organisation that I helped start is drawing about 2 million rand a year after all expenses deducted and we are involved in other business which has helped to sustain and withstand the negative impact companies all faced during the lockdown.

My past hasproven me to be anexceptional international candidatehaving had various experiences from several industries across the globe. My travels and past career experiences perfected my networking skills and has helped me build up a vast international network. I have an eye for detail and am excellent at forecasting trends and detecting areas where problems could arise. I am quick to adjust to any work environment as I am a team player and a strong leader.
